Payment Terms


Minimum Downpayment

For a DMCI High-Rise condominium development like Sheridan Towers, usually a 20% minimum downpayment payable over construction period is required with a reservation fee of Php 20,000.

Discount

Depending on the payment term, various discounts are applied. 
Additional 2% PDC discount is given also provided complete documents and PDCs are submitted within 30 days from reservation date.

Balance
Balance may be settled through in-house or bank financing.
